Scope

Building more than infrastructure

The construction industry has spent decades measuring success in square metres, deadlines and budgets.
Kyuso started with a different ambition: to create urban infrastructure that improves the way people experience cities. By combining sustainable materials with renewable construction practices.

Developing projects designed to reduce environmental impact while creating places that enhance quality of life.
The challenge wasn’t to create a visual identity for a construction company. It was to introduce a new way of looking at the construction industry.

From construction to urban solutions

Most companies in the industry compete on technical specifications.

We chose to position Kyuso around its purpose instead: transforming overlooked spaces into sustainable urban environments that benefit both people and the cities they live in.

That shift changed the conversation from building projects to building for the community.

Inspired by innovation

Innovation doesn’t happen in isolation.

To give the brand a distinctive identity, we looked beyond the construction industry and drew inspiration from some of the world’s most innovative approaches to urban development. The result is a brand that reflects progress, precision and a long-term vision for sustainable infrastructure.

Rather than following familiar industry conventions, Kyuso enters the market with a point of view of its own.

Building a brand system

Every strategic decision reinforced the same idea: construction can improve more than the built environment.

The naming, identity and communication materials were designed as a single system that positions Kyuso as an innovator in sustainable urban development, creating a brand identity that supports interactions with all stakeholders.

A name with direction

The name combines cultural inspiration with the company’s mission, positioning Kyuso as a business focused on forward-thinking urban solutions rather than conventional construction.

A symbol of new beginnings

The identity captures the idea behind every project: unlocking new opportunities for the places where people live, work and connect.

Built around a strategic idea

Every communication asset reinforces the same aspirational positioning, helping the brand present its vision across every touchpoint.

The outcome

Kyuso entered the market with more than a name and visual identity.

It launched with a clear strategic position, one that reflects its mission to develop renewable urban solutions and create infrastructure built for the future.
