AQV at Creators Academy & Vaslui Youth Capital of Romania
Recently, the Creators Academy invited us to take part in Vaslui – Youth Capital of Romania 2025 and talk about Strategic Communication. So, we packed a suitcase and a laptop, handed them to Mădălin, and sent him off to train the young creative community in Vaslui.
The presentation took the shape of an interactive workshop, where participants learned how to define a clear mission, vision and purpose. They explored S.M.A.R.T. objectives, built personas, and discovered how to measure results using KPIs.
The SIVIS Juice: students create a juice brand from scratch
The participants – high school students – came into contact with this field for the first time and worked on a brief for Sivis Juice – Let the creative juices flow!
Split into three teams, they chose their own flavour (Lychee × Grapes, Watermelon × Dragon Fruit, and Dubai Chocolate × Milk) and developed full communication strategies around them.
P.S. We’re not actually launching a juice… yet.
A word from the organizers
“I’ve known Mădălin for several years, and it’s always been a real pleasure to collaborate with him, especially on Creators Academy, where everything flowed naturally and effortlessly. He’s truly the kind of mentor who brings value, depth, and perspective to the learning experience. His passion for education comes through in every detail – from the course structure to the colour palette of his presentations.
Having completed the Strategic Communication module, I can confidently say that these are exactly the kind of professionals we need to grow Romania’s creative industry from the ground up.” – Elisa Balcan Andriescu, Communication Manager, Vaslui – Youth Capital of Romania 2025 & Coordinator of the Creators Academy Programme
