Aquavita Solutions SRL, with registered office at Str. N. Istrati Nr. 2, 700460 Iași, Romania, is a branding and advertising agency and operates the website aqv.ro, through which we present our portfolio of work and blog articles.
This document explains what personal data we collect from visitors to the Site, for what purpose, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. The Site does not require creating an account and does not allow placing orders online.
What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only in the following situations:
If you contact us through the contact form: name, email address, and, if you choose to include them, phone number and the content of the message sent.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or blog updates [keep this section only if this feature exists on your site]: your email address.
Automatically, through cookies, while browsing the Site: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, duration of visit.
We do not collect billing, shipping, or other order-related data, since the Site does not have a user account or ordering function.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
To respond to messages sent through the contact form and to discuss potential collaborations. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received, i.e., steps taken at your request with a view to a possible collaboration.
To understand how the Site is used and to improve it, for example which portfolio pieces or blog articles are most visited. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Site’s functionality.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Data from the contact form: we keep it for 12 months from the last interaction, or for the duration of the collaboration if the discussion results in a project, plus any period required by applicable legal obligations (e.g., accounting).
Technical data collected through cookies: as specified in the Cookie Policy.
Who We Share Your Data With
We may disclose your data to providers that support the Site’s operation, such as our hosting provider. We do not share data with advertising networks, as the Site does not run online advertising campaigns.
